1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SpeedPulse, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Service Description
SpeedPulse provides a free client-side tool to measure your internet connection's ping, jitter, download speed, and upload speed. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of these results, as they can be influenced by local network traffic, hardware limitations, and background processes.
3. Usage Limits
Because SpeedPulse relies on public Content Delivery Networks (like Cloudflare), excessive, automated, or abusive use of the speed testing mechanisms may result in temporary rate-limiting by the CDN providers.
4. Disclaimers
This application is provided "as is" and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
