About
About Sanskar
Software developer, open-source builder, and part of the developer community.
I'm Sanskar, a software developer building software, developer tools, and digital products in the open.
My interests span a broad range of software. I work with systems languages such as Rust, C, and C++; build for Android with Kotlin and Java; develop for the web with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React; and also use C#, .NET, and Python. Beyond applications, I'm interested in game development and in AI and machine learning.
I publish code on GitHub, take part in the developer community, and create digital products. This website brings all of it together in one place.
What I build
Software development is the common thread. Whether it's a command-line tool, an Android app, a website, or a game, the goal is the same: a clear structure, readable code, and a result that works well for the people using it.
I'm interested in how software works at every level, from performance-sensitive code in Rust and C++ to the interfaces people use every day. My main areas are:
- Software Development — Designing, writing, and maintaining software, from small utilities to complete applications.
- Open Source — Building in the open on GitHub, where code can be read, discussed, and improved.
- Developer Tools — Tools and workflows that make building software faster, clearer, and more reliable.
- AI / Machine Learning — Exploring machine learning and practical ways to apply AI in software.
- Android — Native Android development with Kotlin and Java.
- Web — Web development with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Games — Game development and interactive software.
- Digital Products — Building digital products, distributed through Gumroad.
Open source
I build in the open. Publishing code on GitHub makes it easier to share what I learn, get feedback, and let others build on the work within the terms of each project's license.
Technology interests
I choose tools to fit the problem: Rust, C, and C++ where control and performance matter; Kotlin and Java for Android; JavaScript, TypeScript, and React for the web; C# and .NET; and Python. Git and GitHub hold everything together.
Digital products
Alongside software, I create digital products and publish them on Gumroad. If my work is useful to you, you can also support it through Buy Me a Coffee.

How I approach software
I value clarity over cleverness, choose tools to fit the problem rather than habit, and treat accessibility, performance, and security as part of the job rather than extras. The developer profile describes these principles in more detail.
Always learning
Software changes quickly, and there is always more to understand. I learn by building: taking a new language, tool, or idea, applying it to a real problem, and refining the result.
